Is my profile data private?
Yes. Your company profile, HS codes and feed interactions are visible only to you. We never sell personal data and we don't share it with third parties beyond the cloud providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
How fresh are the alerts?
We re-scrape every source at least twice a day. When a source publishes a notification, the corresponding alert typically appears in your feed within an hour.
Can I trust the AI assistant's answers?
The assistant is a great first look, but it can make mistakes. Every answer cites the underlying policy where we can — and you should always verify a duty rate or compliance requirement against the official notification before acting on it.
Which agencies do you cover?
On the India side: CBIC, DGFT, BIS, FSSAI, RBI, DGTR, CAQM, PIB. On the China side: MOFCOM, GACC, SAMR, MEE, NDRC, STA.
Is PolicyBlip free?
Yes, free during beta. We'll announce pricing well before any plan becomes paid, and you'll always be able to export your data.
