Delete your account
You can delete your PolicyBlip account and all associated data at any time, directly inside the app or by writing to us.
Option 1 — In the app
Delete from PolicyBlip
- 1Open PolicyBlip
Sign in on the web or mobile app.
- 2Go to Profile
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- 3Tap 'Delete account'
Scroll to the account settings at the bottom of the profile page.
- 4Confirm deletion
You will be asked to confirm. This action cannot be undone.
Option 2 — By email
Request deletion without the app
If you can't access the app, email support@learnwithvivek.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject line Delete my PolicyBlip account. We verify the request against your signed-in email and delete manually within 7 business days.
What happens next
The fine print
- What gets deleted: your profile, HS codes, import / export countries, product description, saved alerts, read / feedback history, assistant conversations, and the auth record linking you to Google.
- When: account and linked data are permanently deleted within 30 days of the request. Encrypted backups may retain a copy for up to 90 days, after which they are also purged.
- What we may retain:anonymised, aggregate usage data that can't be linked back to you; records we're required to keep by law.
- Irreversible: once deleted, your account cannot be restored. You can create a new one with the same Google sign-in, but previous data will be gone.
- Google account: deleting your PolicyBlip account does not delete your Google account. We only remove the link between PolicyBlip and Google.
